Introduction:
At Starry Screen Experience, we strive to provide a seamless delivery, setup, and pickup service. This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of our equipment and services to your location.
Service Area:
- Geographic Limitations: Our delivery service is available within 30km radius of Merrylands, 2160. Please refer to our website or contact us to confirm if we deliver to your area.
Booking and Delivery Schedule:
- Booking Confirmation: Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your event, including the delivery date and time.
- Delivery Time: We will deliver and set up the equipment at your specified location on the booked date at 5:30pm.
- Setup and Pickup: Our team will setup within 45 minutes and ensure everything is working correctly before leaving. We will also return to pick up the equipment on the same day at 11:15pm so you can enjoy it for 5 hours.
Delivery Conditions:
- Access Requirements: You are responsible for providing clear and safe access to the setup location. This includes ensuring that any necessary permits or permissions are obtained if the event is held in a public or restricted area.
- Setup Location: The setup location must be suitable for the equipment, including a flat and stable surface, access to power sources (if required), and protection from weather elements.
- Weather Policy: In case of unfavorable weather conditions, we will make every effort to set up the event indoors if possible. We do not issue refunds for delivery cancellations due to bad weather.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Presence During Delivery: You or a designated representative must be present at the delivery location to receive the equipment and provide access for setup.
- Equipment Care: You are responsible for ensuring the equipment is used properly and safely during the event. Any damage or loss of equipment during the rental period may result in additional charges.
